BEEF TIPS AND NOODLES 1 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin tips, cut in cubes 1/2 c. mushrooms 2 cans (10 oz. each) beef consomme 1/4 c. wine 4 tsp. green onions, chopped 1 tsp. dry basil 1 tsp. thyme 1 (12 oz.) egg noodles Cook beef in pressure cooker 15 minutes with consomme. Cook beef and mushrooms in consomme and wine until meat reaches desired degree of doneness. Stir in onions and seasonings and heat an additional 5 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch. Spoon over noodles.
