PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 6 to 8 pork chops 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 6 to 8 medium potatoes 2 medium onions salt and pepper Brown chops. Mix sour cream and soup. In greased casserole, slice a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a layer of sliced onions. Cover with soup mix- ture. Repeat layers. Place chops on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
