BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli or fresh 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 medium onion, chopped 1 can mushroom soup salt and pepper to taste grated cheese for topping 3/4 stick margarine 1/2 c. milk Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Cook rice according to package directions. Saute onion in margarine until tender. Combine broccoli, rice, onion and seasonings. Dilute soup with milk and mix with broccoli-rice mixture. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake in moderate 350 degrees oven 20 to 30 minutes.
