BEEF AND NOODLES 4 to 5 lb. beef roast 2 tsp. salt 2 cans Campbell's French onion soup 2 cans water 1 bag noodles Trim all fat from beef and cut in 2 inch squares. Combine beef, salt, soup and water in a 4 quart saucepan. Cook until beef is really tender. Add enough water to make 2 quarts. Add noodles and cook, salt to taste. Note: Sometimes I cook beef in crock-pot overnight (don't cook noodles in crock-pot) or if in a hurry, I cook beef in pressure cooker for 45 minutes.
