SHREDDED HASH BROWNS CASSEROLE 2 lb. shredded hash browns, thawed and broken into small pieces 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Topping: 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Mix the 2 topping ingre- dients and place on top of potatoes. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
