OYSTER CASSEROLE 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach 1 c. mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 medium onion 1/2 pt. oysters, chopped 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 stick butter Parmesan cheese Mix mushroom soup and cream cheese. Add spinach and oysters to soup mixture. Add a dash of red pepper. Mix with remaining ingredients. Put in casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
