CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix (7 to 10 oz.) 1 can corn, drained 1 can creamed corn 8 oz. sour cream 1 stick margarine, softened 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Grease 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole dish. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 8.
