TWICE BAKED POTATOES baked potatoes 8 oz. sour cream salt and pepper to taste shredded Cheddar cheese butter to taste bacon bits Bake potatoes 1 hour at 400 degrees. When done, cut in half and scoop out potato; reserve skins. In a bowl, mash potato with sour cream, 3/4 of cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Return to skins; sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top. Return to oven until bubbly.
