IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 1 can chopped green chillies 1 1/4 c. milk 3/4 c. Bisquick 3 eggs 2 tomatoes, sliced 1 c. shredded cheese Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate. Cook and stir beef and onion until brown. Stir in seasoning mix. Spread in plate, top with chillies. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute on high with hand mixer. Pour into plate on top of the other ingredi- ents. Bake for 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 8 or 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped lettuce, additional tomatoes (chopped) and cheese, if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
