STUFFED SHELLS 1 lb. box jumbo shells 2 lb. Ricotta cheese 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced 1 Tbsp. parsley dash of pepper dash of garlic powder 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 lb. spaghetti sauce Cook shells according to instructions on box. Mix Ricotta, Parmesan, diced Mozzarella, parsley, pepper and garlic powder. Fill shells with mixture. Use small spoon. On bottom of pan, put some sauce and then lay the stuffed shells on top of sauce. Pour rest of sauce on top of shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cover with Reynolds Wrap while baking. Serves about 12 people.
