CHICKEN TACOS 3 c. shredded cooked chicken 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix 3/4 c. taco salsa or taco sauce 10 taco shells chopped tomatoes chopped onions sliced ripe olives shredded lettuce shredded Cheddar cheese sour cream additional taco salsa or taco sauce In skillet, combine chicken, seasoning mix and 3/4 cup taco salsa or sauce. Simmer 5 minutes until heated through. Fill taco shells with chicken. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 250 degrees oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Garnish with remain- ing ingredients.
