SALMON BAKED IN SOUR CREAM 3 to 4 lb. salmon 1 c. sour cream 2 Tbsp. grated onion juice of 1 lemon salt and pepper to taste paprika Place fish in baking dish, skin side down. Mix onion and lemon juice. Spread over fish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Carefully pour over sour cream and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
