HONEY-ORANGE HAM GLAZE 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. honey 1 c. brown sugar rind of 1/4 orange (colored portion only) Place all ingredients in blender container; cover and run on speed 6 (high) until orange rind is finely minced. Score top of ham and glaze top and sides. Apply glaze during last 15 minutes of baking. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
