PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained (save the juice) 1 c. grated cheese 1 stick melted margarine 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. pineapple juice 3 Tbsp. flour 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers Pour drained pineapple into baking dish. Mix sugar, pineapple juice and flour. Pour over pineapple and stir. Stir in grated cheese. Mix crushed crackers with melted margarine and spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
