DELICIOUS POTATO SALAD potatoes 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped several sweet pickles, diced up 1 very small onion, diced up about 5 to 6 large sticks celery, diced salt to taste 1 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 2 eggs, beaten pinch of salt lump of butter 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water Cook enough potatoes for average dish. Cool and dice. Add eggs, pickles, onion and celery. Salt to taste or salt potatoes when cooking. Stir in salad dressing. Mix sugar and flour. Add eggs, salt and butter. Add vinegar with water added to it. Cook until thick. Add enough Miracle Whip salad dressing to potato salad to make moist. (If salad is sour, add a little sugar; top dish with paprika.)
