PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 6 to 8 pork chops 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced 2 medium onions, sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup salt and pepper to taste In large skillet, brown pork chops on both sides. In a greased casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Place pork chops on top and pour soup over all. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
