Feta cheese, crumbled Dressing: 1/3 c. olive oil juice of 1 lemon grated lemon peel 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, black olives and Feta cheese. In a small bowl or shaker jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice and grated peel and spices. Mix well. Toss dressing lightly with salad. Dressing may be made in advance and chilled before serving.
