NACHO SAUCE 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. dry milk 4 c. water 1 1/4 lb. cheese, grated 1 oz. hot sauce 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, diced Mix flour and milk together; slowly add to water. When water boils, add cheese. When cheese melts, add hot sauce and peppers. Cook until thickened. Very hot. Use less peppers, if desired. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
