HAMBURGER NOODLE SOUP 2 c. dry noodles 1 lb. ground beef 3 Tbsp. butter 1 c. onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. celery, chopped 4 c. tomato juice 3 c. water 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. onion seasoning 1/8 tsp. pepper salt to taste Cook noodles until tender; drain. Cook ground beef, celery and onion in butter until brown. Combine cooked noo- dles, ground beef, celery and onions. Add tomato juice, water and seasoning. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serves 8. I use potato water (water from cooking potatoes) in place of plain water; less salt is needed.
