ORANGE-MANDARIN JELLO SALAD 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello 3 3/4 c. hot water 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. mini marshmallows 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. Mandarin oranges, drained 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cream cheese and marshmallows, mix well with beater. Chill until partly con- gealed. Fold in fruit and cream. Makes one large mold or two small ones.
