OVEN BEEF STEW 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat 1 onion, sliced 2 celery stalks 4 carrots, sliced 4 potatoes, cubed 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca 1 c. tomato juice 1/3 c. peas Place raw meat on bottm of casserole. Layer onion, celery, carrots, and potatoes on top. Mix salt, tapioca, and juice together.
