OVEN BEEF STEW 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat 1 onion, sliced 2 celery stalks 4 carrots, sliced 4 potatoes, cubed 1 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca 1 c. tomato juice 1/3 c. peas Place raw meat on bottm of casserole. Layer onion, celery, carrots, and potatoes on top. Mix salt, tapioca, and juice together. Pour over vegetables and cover. Bake at 250 degrees for four hours. Add peas 1/2 hour before removing from oven.
