SPINACH SALAD 1 lb. bunch fresh spinach 1/2 medium red onion, sliced 6 or 7 mushrooms, sliced 5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced Wash spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces. For crispness, put washed spinach in refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours before preparing salad. Add remaining ingredients and toss with spinach salad dressing. Dressing: 3/4 c. chili sauce 3/4 c. red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. sugar Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill thoroughly. Yield: 2 cups.
