APRICOT SALAD (MY FAVORITE) 2/3 c. water 2/3 c. sugar 1 large orange jello 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 small can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 large jar apricot baby food 1 small Cool Whip Combine water, sugar and jello and bring to a boil; cool. Stir while bringing to a boil. Mix remaining ingredi- ents together. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan to congeal. Use oblong pan* so it can be cut in squares. Serves many. *I use 9 x 13-inch pan or 9 x 13-inch Tupperware con- tainer.
