LYNN'S SALAD DRESSING/FRENCH 1/2 c. catsup 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 1 Tbsp. diced onion Variation: 1/3 c. catsup 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. grated onion Bring catsup, vinegar, sugar and salt to rolling boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Beat in oil until thickened. Stir in onions. Refrigerate. When beating in oil, beat in blender until thickened. From LLMI dinner.
