CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 1 1/2 lb. hamburger 1/2 onion, chopped 2 tsp. chili powder 1 c. ketchup water 1 pkg. hot dogs 1 pkg. buns Put hamburger in a frying pan with chopped onion, salt and pepper. Cover 1/2 way with water and let cook until hamburger is cooked. Do not drain. Sprinkle the chili powder over hamburger and stir in ketchup. Let simmer for 10 minutes or until hot. Serve on hot dogs with fresh chopped onion and relish.
