COWBOY SOUP 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 onion, diced 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 tomato sauce can water 1 (16 oz.) can corn, drain liquid 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans 4 potatoes salt and pepper to taste Brown ground beef and onion until brown; drain. Cook potatoes (chopped up) until tender. Put ground beef and potatoes in Dutch oven. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, corn, chili beans, salt and pepper. Simmer for approximately 30 minutes or until heated through. Note: Freezes well for later use.
