PASTA SALAD 1 pkg. (1 lb.) spiral-shaped pasta 1 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise 1/3 to 1/2 c. milk 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 2 c. cooked turkey chunks 3 stalks celery, sliced 1/2 lb. red seedless grapes lettuce leaves Cook pasta as package label directs. Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine salad dressing and 1/3 cup milk until blended. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. Drain pasta in colander; rinse with cold water. Stir into salad dressing mixture. Stir in turkey and celery. Cover and refrigerate until cold. Just before serving, rinse and dry grapes. Reserve 3 small clusters for garnish. Remove remaining grapes from stems. Cut each grape in half; stir into pasta salad. Add more milk to salad if it appears dry. Line serving plate with lettuce leaves; spoon salad over lettuce. Garnish with grape clusters. Serves 4 to 6.
