EASY POTATO SALAD

6 medium potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. dill pickles, chopped
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
paprika
salt and pepper

Peel and cube potatoes. Cook in large kettle with water
1/2-inch over potatoes. Cook until tender; drain. Mash
potatoes if desired or leave in cubes. Add ingredients, adding
eggs last. Mix. Sprinkle top with paprika. Keep refrigerat-
ed.
