CREAM OF CELERY SOUP 2 c. finely chopped celery and leaves 1/2 small onion, chopped 3 Tbsp. butter 3 Tbsp. flour 3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt pepper and chopped parsley Cook celery and onions in water until tender. Melt butter and blend flour in. Add milk and cook stirring until thick. Add cooled celery and onions with liquid. Heat gently and season to taste.
