SPINACH CASSEROLE

3 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen,
chopped spinach, thaw,
drain and squeeze
2 c. cream-style cottage
cheese
1/2 c. oleo, cut into pieces
1 1/2 c. American cheese,
cubed
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Thoroughly combine all in mixing bowl; pour into greased
(Crisco) casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min-
utes. Should be sort of firm, cheese bubbly on top. Let stand
before serving.
