WACKY CAKE 3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 6 tsp. cocoa 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vinegar 1/2 c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. water Dump all ingredients into large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Make 3 holes in flour mixture and put 2 teaspoons vinegar in one, 2 teaspoons vanilla in one and 1/2 cup oil in the last. (Watch the vinegar bubble.) Pour water over whole thing and stir well. Make into sheet cake, layer cake or cupcakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, cupcakes for 8 to 10 minutes. Test doneness by pressing on top of cake; if it springs back, it's done.
