MARINATED CHICKEN WINGS 25 chicken wings, cut up 1 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. white wine 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. honey 3 cloves garlic, chopped or juiced 1 Tbsp. ginger 2 Tbsp. onion juice or chopped onion 1/2 Tbsp. thyme Mix all ingredients well. Pour over wings. Marinate for 18 hours in the refrigerator. Bake in juice one hour at 325 degrees. Pour off juice. Put back in oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Note: You can save juice and reuse it.
