SUPPER NACHOS 1 lb. ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 31 oz. can refried beans 2 cans green chilies 3 c. Cheddar cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 can avocado dip pitted ripe olives green onions Crumble ground beef in frying pan; add onion and brown. Drain fat and season meat with salt and chili powder to taste. Spread refried beans in 9 x 13-inch dish. Top evenly with meat. Chop green chilies (rinsed well and seeds removed). Sprinkle chilies over bean and meat mixture and cover with shredded cheese. Bake uncovered in 400 degrees oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with sour cream, avocado dip, chopped green onions and chopped ripe olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
