SAUSAGE BALLS 3 c. Bisquick 12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese 16 oz. lean sausage Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well using your hands. Roll into small balls in the palms of your hand. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Do not allow the sausage balls to touch. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Drain on paper towels.
