CLAM DIP 1 c. minced clams 6 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. clam liquid 2 tsp. chopped onion 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. salt 1 loaf round bread Soften cream cheese with clam juice, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cut out center of round bread and form chunks from inside of loaf. When ready to serve, pour clam dip into hollowed out bread. Serve with bread chunks.
