HOT HORSERADISH MUSTARD 1/2 c. dry mustard 1/4 c. mustard seed 1/2 c. cider vinegar 1/3 c. white wine vinegar 3 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. drained prepared horseradish 1 tsp. red pepper flakes Combine dry mustard, mustard seed, cider and white wine vinegars, honey, horseradish and red pepper flakes in the container of an electric blender. Cover and whirl until mixture is smooth. Store in tightly covered jars in refrigera- tor up to several months.
