PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. pecans, chopped 2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped 1/4 c green pepper, finely chopped 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt Combine cream cheese, crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, onion, green pepper and seasoning salt until well mixed. Chill until firm. Shape into ball; roll ball in remaining pecans. Garnish with parsley, sliced pineapple or cherries. Serve with assorted crackers. Reshape remaining ball for use again. Can be frozen. Serves 15.
