SMOKED SAUSAGE HORS D'OEUVRES 1 c. ketchup 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. 7-Up 1/2 c. horseradish 3 lb. smoked sausage (preferably Eckrich) Cook together ketchup, sugar, 7-Up and horseradish until bubbling, making sure sugar is dissolved. Slice sausage and add to mixture. Simmer at low heat 1 to 2 hours in slow cooker. Serve hot.
