BAKED ITALIAN APPETIZER 6 eggs 1 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 1 small Mozzarella cheese 1/4 lb. salami 1 lb. hot or sweet sausage meat 1/2 stick pepperoni Beat eggs. Cut Mozzarella, pepperoni and salami into small pieces. Fry the sausage meat to drain out fat and pour it off. Mix all ingredients together and bake in an 8-inch square pan in a 350 degrees oven 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 1-inch squares when cool and serve.
