MARINATED SHRIMP 1 lb. jumbo shrimp (about 13), cooked 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3 Tbsp. chopped oregano 1/2 tsp. salt juice of 1/2 lemon Shell cooked shrimp, leaving tails on. Combine the vinegar, oils, oregano, salt and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Toss in the shrimps and marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Makes 13 hors d'oeuvres.
