ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE OR DIP 1 can artichoke hearts, drained 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated salt and pepper dash of hot sauce dash of garlic powder (optional) extra cheese for topping Mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until top browns slightly and bubbles. Serve with party crackers for dip by shredding artichokes first.
