Dijon mustard 1/4 c. minced onion 1 c. grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 unbaked 9-inch deep crust pie shell Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 375 degrees oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Some ovens take 60 minutes.
