MUSHROOM CAPS STUFFED WITH SHRIMP 1/4 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper cayenne pepper to taste 2 cans tiny shrimp 1/8 c. butter or margarine 1 egg 1/4 c. mayonnaise 5 slices of cubed white bread, crusts removed mushrooms grated cheese Saute the following ingredients in 1/8 cup butter or margarine: chopped onions, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and tiny shrimp. Mix 1 egg with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, add to sauteed shrimp and onions; mix well. Add shrimp mix to 5 slices of cubed white bread with crusts removed. Spoon shrimp mix into mushroom caps and top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
