HAM 'N CHEESE ROLLUPS 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. Blue Bonnet margarine, softened 4 (1/8-inch) slices boiled ham Ritz crackers In small bowl combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and margarine until well blended. Spread one fourth of mixture on each ham slice. Roll up slices. Chill several hours, or wrap and freeze. To serve, slice rolls into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange slices on top of Ritz crackers. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen appetizers.
