MEXICAN DIP 8 oz. cream cheese Mexican chili without beans, soup can size 1 can jalapeno peppers Monterey Jack cheese Tostitos or Doritos Can substitute green hot chili or mild chili with hot taco sauce for jalapeno peppers. Spread 8 ounce cream cheese on bottom of quiche dish of pie tin. Cover with Mexican chili. Add 1 can of jalapeno peppers. Cover with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Heat at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with Tostitos or Doritos.
