ORIGINAL BUFFALO WINGS 2 lb. chicken wings and drummettes salt pepper 4 c. oil 1 tsp. white vinegar 1/4 c. butter 2 to 5 tsp. hot sauce Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper. Cook wings about 10 minutes in hot oil, stirring occasionally. When golden brown and crisp, remove wings and drain well. Melt butter in saucepan. Add hot sauce to taste and vinegar. Pour sauce over wings. Mix well to cover. Serve with Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
