York cheese spread, room temperature 1 small onion chopped nuts and parsley dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional) By hand grate Cheddar cheese finely. Then bring to room temperature. Add other cheeses and grated onion and Worcestershire. Work with hands to mix well. (With food processor, process Cheddar finely with onion (just add whole onion and process). Add other cheeses, Worcestershire and process all.) Shape into balls. Roll in nuts and parsley. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
