APPETIZER MEATBALLS Meatballs: 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1 clove minced garlic 2 Tbsp. parsley 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp.pepper Sauce: 2 c. catsup 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. chopped onions Mix meatball ingredients together. Shape into small 1 inch balls. Brown in skillet or bake in baking dish at 350 degrees until done. Pour sauce mixture over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
