SARDINE SPREAD 8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese 3 3/4 oz. sardines (water packed) 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. hot sauce Drain liquid from sardines and discard. Mash sardines with a fork in a small bowl. Add 6 ounces of soft cream cheese; mix well with sardines. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill and serve on crackers or cocktail rye.
