CARAMEL POPCORN 2 c. brown sugar 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. syrup 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla peanuts (optional) 4 to 5 qt. popped popcorn Boil brown sugar, butter, syrup, soda and vanilla until it thickens a bit. Pour over popcorn and peanuts. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees until not sticky.
